Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your customers just tap your link and it opens in their phone's browser. No app download, no sign up, no friction.
How do I share my quote link with customers?
Text it, email it, add it to your website, put it in your social media bio, or include it on invoices. Anywhere you can put a link works. Most tradies text it directly to customers asking for a quote.
Can I use QuoteSnap on my phone?
Yes. QuoteSnap works on any device with a web browser: phone, tablet, or computer. Review quote requests and manage everything from your phone while on the job.

What happens when a customer uses my link?
They'll see a simple form asking for photos of the job, their contact details, and answers to questions you've set up. Takes them 2-3 minutes. You get notified instantly.
What information do I get from a quote request?
Customer name, phone, email, job location, photos they upload, answers to your custom questions, and AI-powered insights about what the photos show.
How does the AI photo analysis work?
Our AI looks at the photos customers upload and extracts useful details like equipment type, condition, potential issues, and anything else that helps you quote accurately.
How do I get notified of new quote requests?
You'll get an email notification instantly when a customer submits a request. You can also check your dashboard anytime to see all requests.

What do I get with Premium?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel your Premium subscription anytime and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I hit my free plan limit?
You'll still receive quote requests, but you'll need to upgrade to Premium to view new ones beyond your 30/month limit. Or wait until next month when it resets.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage. Your customer data is protected and never shared with third parties.
Who can see my quote requests?
Only you. Your quote requests are private to your account. We never share your customer information with anyone.
Can I delete customer data?
Yes. You can delete any quote request and its associated data at any time from your dashboard.
