What happens in the 7-day trial?

You get everything in Premium for 7 days, whichever plan you pick. You add a card to start and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. There is no lock-in contract.

Is there a limit on quote requests?

No. Both plans include unlimited quote requests and unlimited forms.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Move between Basic and Premium any time from your settings.

What does it cost to take payments?

Taking payments is on Premium. Your customer pays into your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's standard fee, plus a QuoteSnap fee of 0.5% of each payment, capped at $20 a payment. There is no fee if you don't take payments through QuoteSnap.

Are prices in Australian dollars?

Yes. $4.99 and $8.99 a month are in Australian dollars and include GST.
