QuoteSnap is operated by Cliqe (ABN 93 674 482 048), based in Australia. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Cliqe trading as QuoteSnap.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, trade type, and business details.

Customer submissions: When your customers fill out a QuoteSnap form, we collect the photos, text responses, and contact details they provide. This data belongs to you (the tradie) and is stored on your behalf.

Usage data: We collect basic analytics on how you use QuoteSnap, including pages visited and features used.

Payment information: If you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the QuoteSnap service
To process customer photo submissions and run AI analysis
To send you notifications about new quote requests
To process payments for Premium subscriptions
To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data to third parties.

4. Photo and Data Storage

Customer-submitted photos and job details are stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS in the Sydney region). Photos are used solely for the purpose of helping you quote the job and for AI analysis within the QuoteSnap platform.

We do not use customer photos to train AI models. Photos are processed in real-time and the analysis results are stored alongside the submission.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

Supabase: Database and file storage (Sydney, AU)
Google Gemini: AI photo analysis (data processed, not stored for training)
Stripe: Payment processing (Premium plan only)
Vercel: Application hosting

6. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
