1. Agreement
By creating a QuoteSnap account or using our service, you agree to these terms. QuoteSnap is operated by Cliqe, an Australian business.
2. The Service
QuoteSnap provides a web-based platform that allows tradespeople to receive photos and job details from potential customers, with AI-powered photo analysis to assist in quoting.
QuoteSnap is a quoting assistance tool. All quotes, pricing decisions, and job assessments remain your responsibility as the tradesperson. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI photo analysis.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One account per person or business
- You must be 18 years or older to use QuoteSnap
4. Free and Premium Plans
Free Plan: 30 quote requests per month, core features included. No credit card required.
Premium Plan: $17 AUD/month. Unlimited quotes, video uploads, custom branding. Billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.
5. Your Data
You own the data submitted through your QuoteSnap forms, including customer photos and responses. We store this data on your behalf and do not claim ownership.
You are responsible for how you use customer data and must comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and any applicable state/territory regulations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use QuoteSnap for any unlawful purpose
- Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer or copy the QuoteSnap platform
- Use the service to spam or harass others
7. AI Photo Analysis
QuoteSnap uses AI to analyse customer-submitted photos. This analysis is provided as a tool to assist your quoting process. It is not a substitute for professional assessment. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, QuoteSnap and Cliqe are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, inaccurate quotes, or business losses.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
