Antenna calls sound simple until you get there. The roof is steep tile when you expected metal, the old antenna is rusted onto the mast, and "a couple of extra points" turns into four rooms and a wall mount. Signal in the area is something you know from experience, but the rest you usually only find out once you are on the roof.

No. Signal in the area is your knowledge, not something a photo can tell you. What the photos can show is the existing antenna, which way it points and any trees or buildings in the way, which helps you decide what to quote and what to bring.
Ask how many TVs they want connected, then ask for a photo of each spot. You see the rooms, the walls and where existing points are, so "a couple of points" becomes a real number before you quote. The app does not count points for you; the customer tells you.
Ask for a photo of the wall, the size of the TV, what the wall is made of and whether cables need hiding. The answers and photos tell you most of what you need. If the wall looks unusual, you can still have a look before you commit to a price.
Ask for a photo of the antenna, mast and fixings, taken from the ground or an upstairs window. The summary describes what is in the photo and its condition, such as visible rust or damage. You judge whether it is a repair or a replacement.
Yes. Type "satellite dish" and AI writes questions and photo requests, which you edit to suit how you work. Ask where they want it, what they are hoping to watch, and for photos of the mounting spot and the open sky from it. You decide if it can be priced from that.
Yes. Once the work is done, send an invoice from the job. On Premium the customer pays by card or bank and it marks itself paid. On any plan, if they pay cash or by transfer, you mark it paid yourself. Your scheduling stays in whatever you already use.
No. Your link opens in any phone browser. They tap through the questions, take the photos and send it.
