For flooring contractors
Send your customer a link. They pick the flooring, list the rooms and photograph the current floor, the doorways and any stairs, then you price it from your phone and they sign to accept.

New floors through the living areas sounds simple until you know what's underneath. Is it carpet over concrete or old tiles over timber? Is the slab level enough, or are you grinding and patching first? Then there are the stairs nobody mentioned, the doors that will need trimming, the spot where new timber meets kitchen tiles, and a lounge full of furniture that has to go somewhere.
QuoteSnap doesn't have a ready-made flooring form yet. Type the job, like hybrid flooring or floor sanding, and artificial intelligence (AI) writes the questions and photo requests. You check them before anything goes out. Your customer then photographs each room with its furniture, a close-up of the current floor, the doorways where floors meet and any stairs. You see the layout and the old floor before you decide whether to measure up.
Add any of these to your form, change anything you like, and your link is ready to send.
Not yet. Type the job name, such as carpet installation or epoxy garage floor, and AI writes the questions and photo requests. You check and edit them, add anything you always ask, and reorder the steps if you like. The form is saved for the next job of the same type.
Not from the AI. It doesn't reliably measure from photos, so ask your customer for rough room sizes. On Premium they can also upload a document such as a floor plan. The photos let you check the shape of each room against their numbers, and you decide whether to measure on site.
Ask what's underneath, if they know, and request a photo of any corner or edge where the subfloor shows, such as a floor vent or a loose carpet edge. The AI summary notes visible condition and anything to check. Some surprises only show once the old floor is up, and your list of what's included makes that clear.
Ask for close-ups of the boards in good light, plus wide shots of each room. You'll see gaps, stains, old coatings and worn traffic areas. Add a question on whether carpet or other flooring is still on top. If the boards are hidden, you'll likely want to see them yourself first.
Ask for a photo of each doorway where the new floor meets something else, such as tiles or carpet. You'll see the height difference and whether doors are likely to need trimming. Pricing trims and door work up front means fewer awkward conversations on the day.
Add a question asking whether the rooms will be cleared before work starts, and ask for wide shots of each room as it is now. You'll see the couches, beds and cabinets. You can price moving them or ask your customer to have the rooms empty.
Type epoxy flooring and AI writes questions such as the size of the garage, the current surface and whether there are oil stains or cracks. Ask for close-ups of any damage. You see the slab condition before pricing the prep, and the quote goes out with a list of what is included.
No. Your link opens in any phone browser. They tap through the questions, take the photos and send it.
