On its own site it covers quoting and invoicing on site, scheduling jobs and staff, card payments, signatures, photos, forms and accounting sync. Its plans are priced by the number of jobs each month rather than by user, and it has a free plan for one user and a small number of jobs.
QuoteSnap is not trying to replace that. It handles the front of the job only: you send the customer a link, they answer questions and take photos on their phone, and you price it and send the quote back on the same link for them to sign. If your real headache is quoting rather than running jobs, that narrower tool may be all you need.

Can I take a deposit in QuoteSnap before the job goes into ServiceM8?
On Premium, yes. The customer can pay a deposit by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when they accept, through Stripe into your own Stripe account. Stripe's fee applies plus a 0.5% QuoteSnap fee, capped at $20 a payment.
