Most split system quotes turn on something a phone call won't tell you: what sits behind the wall. A back-to-back install off an external wall is a different job to a long pipe run through the roof space or around the side of the house. Add a customer who says 'the lounge' without knowing its size, or who mentions a second unit for the main bedroom once you're on site, and the price you gave is already off.
QuoteSnap starts with a link instead. The ready-made Split System Installation form asks if it's a new install, a replacement or a repair, how big the room is, whether there's an external wall right behind the indoor spot and if there's a power point nearby. Your customer photographs that wall, where the outdoor unit would sit and any old unit. You look it over on your phone, then price it or book a look.

Yes. The Split System Installation form asks what the customer needs, the room size, whether there's an existing unit, whether an external wall sits behind the indoor spot and if there's a power point nearby. It asks for photos of the indoor wall, the outdoor unit location and any current unit. You can edit every question and photo request before you send it.
You can send a link for it, but ducted jobs depend on the roof space, the existing ducts and where returns can go, so plenty of installers still want to get up in the ceiling. Type 'ducted install' and artificial intelligence (AI) writes the questions and photo requests, such as the manhole and the ceiling space. You decide if that's enough.
No. The AI checks that each photo is clear, well lit and actually of the job, and asks your customer to retake it if not. It doesn't reliably identify brands, models or capacities. Ask for a close-up of the sticker on the old outdoor unit and read it yourself when the request comes in.
Most don't, which is why the room size question is tap-to-answer with plain size bands and a 'multiple rooms' option. Pair it with a wide photo from the doorway and you've got a far better sense of the space than a guess over the phone. If it's still unclear, you can measure it on a visit.
Add a question asking how many rooms and a photo request for each wall and outdoor spot. That way the second and third units turn up in the request, not on install day. When you send the quote, each unit can be its own line in the list of what's included, so the customer sees exactly what they're signing for.
Yes. The ready-made form already has a repair or service option, and you can add questions for the symptom: not cooling, leaking water, noisy or showing an error. Ask for a photo of the indoor unit and the error on the display or remote. Some faults you'll only find with gauges on site, and you can still book that.
You'll see far more of them. Ask where the outdoor unit would go and for a photo of the path to it. The AI summary that lands with the request points out things to check, such as access, height or missing information, so a second storey wall or a tight side passage shows up before you quote.
No. Your link opens in any phone browser. They tap through the questions, take the photos and send it.
