Text your customer a link. They tap through a few questions and photograph the tap, drain or hot water unit, you price it from your phone, and they sign to accept.

A call about a dripping tap could be a new washer or a whole new mixer. "No hot water" could be a tripped switch or a tank at the end of its life. Until you see the fixture, the pipes under the sink and the label on the unit, you are guessing, or you are driving out to look at a job you might not win.
QuoteSnap starts with a link instead of a visit. Ready-made forms for hot water systems, blocked drains, leaking taps and gas fitting ask the questions you would ask on the phone, and request the photos you actually need. Each photo is checked as it arrives, so a blurry shot of the data plate gets retaken. Then you decide if it is enough to price or still worth a look.

Nearly every question is a tap, not typing. Quoting a different job? Type the job name and AI writes the questions and photo requests for you to check.

The Hot Water System form asks what they have now, what they want, where it sits and how many people live there. Then it asks for the full unit, the data plate and the space around it. You read the plate yourself from the photo and decide whether you have enough to price it or want to see it first.
Which drain is blocked, how bad it is (slow, completely blocked, overflowing or gurgling), how long it has been happening, what they have already tried, and the type of property. It asks for a photo of the drain and any backup or overflow. You can add, remove or reorder any step before you send it.
They do not need to. The Leaking Tap form gives them tap-to-answer options like mixer, twin taps or wall mounted, plus "Not sure". The photo of the tap shows you the style anyway, and the shot under the sink shows the pipes and fittings you would otherwise only see when you arrive.
Yes. The Gas Fitting form asks what work they need, which appliance it is for, whether it runs on mains natural gas or bottled gas, and whether the property already has gas. It asks for photos of the spot, the gas meter and the appliance. Anything that needs a closer look, you can still go and see in person.
It gives you a look before you go. Send the link when the call comes in, and the photos and answers land on your phone with a short summary of what the photos show and anything missing. A gurgling drain and an overflowing one look very different, so you can decide how to handle it before you leave.
You can start one. There is no ready-made bathroom renovation form, so type the job name and artificial intelligence (AI) writes the questions and photo requests for you to check and edit. Bigger jobs like this often still need a visit, and that is your call, but you arrive knowing the layout and what is staying.
On Premium, yes. When your customer signs the quote they can pay a deposit by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and it goes into your own Stripe account. On any plan, the quote they sign lists exactly what is included, so there is no confusion about which unit you are fitting.
No. Your link opens in any phone browser. They tap through the questions, take the photos and send it.
